When you have 5-10 minutes:

  1. Read a few pages of a book
  2. Paint your nails
  3. Journal about your day, goals or what you are grateful for

  6. Sit and have a cup of coffee or tea
  7. Diffuse oils
  8. Read inspirational quotes on Pinterest
  9. Do an at-home face mask
  10. Make a meal and eat it in one sitting

When you have 30 minutes:

  1. Take a walk

  3. Take a long shower
  4. Shop online
  5. Take a nap
  6. Do a guided visualization or meditation
  7. Do a video workout at home
  8. Pick some flowers and arrange in a vase
  9. Work on a craft
